Abstract:	在西方的教育制度與思想不斷的被引進我國之後，校園內的人倫關係漸漸發生變化，首先就是伴隨著政治民主化風潮，其次就是西方個人主義價值觀的影響。校園民主化瓦解了傳統家長式權威的師生倫理關係，個人主義的價值觀更是滋長了這股風潮，造成校園內師生不同價值觀所產生之衝突的困境。教師應如何調整自我角色之認定來教導學生，以建立正確的師生倫理關係，便成為須加以重新界定的議題。
