    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討國民小學的學校學習文化評鑑指標的建構,並從「學校學習文化」與「教師專業承諾」之間的關係來探討學校學習文化的效標關聯效度,作為「國民小學學校文化評鑑指標」建構的檢證效標,依據檢驗結果,提出結論與建議。歸納本研究以台北縣市公立國民小學教師共計502位為調查對象,進行項目分析及信度效度考驗之後的結果如下:(一)國民小學的學校學習文化評鑑指標的建構良好,其信度及效度皆佳,(二)國民小學學校學習文化與教師專業承諾之間的效標關聯效度佳,(三)學校學習文化對教師專業承諾具有顯著的預測力。
