Abstract:	面對瞬息萬變的社會經濟情勢與產業結構變遷，以及全球化、高齡化與少子女化的趨勢，新型態的工作種類增加，形成人才全球移動之特性，教育體系需培養能因應環境變化之各行各業所需之人才，方能提振國家競爭力。基此，本研究從國內外文獻歸納大專校院學生核心能力的內涵趨勢，並介紹教育部所建置之「大專校院就業職能平台」之內容及功能，提供學校應用本平台之建議策略，透過學校教學活動來提升學生專業能力，發展並增進學生之共通職能核心能力，強化學生就業競爭力，弭平學用落差，期使所培養的學生皆能為企業所用。
