Abstract:	1930年代的德國以『一個民族、一個國家、一個領袖』的號召，建立希特勒青年團（Hitler Jugend），企圖用教育作為建國的後盾，在學校教育與休閒教育中全面培養德國青少年守紀律、效忠黨國的思想與情操。本文欲以法西斯主義教育的典型—德國希特勒青年團為例，探究其成立背景、基本理念與目標以及教育措施，回顧此段教育史，除了將其放置在當時的時空背景詮釋其歷史意義之外，也從意識型態方面進行檢視批判，期能全面的給予適切的評價。
