Abstract:	學校是一個政治的實體，但是以微觀政治學對於學校與家長關係的探討並不多。本研究發現，若以微觀政治學取向為視窗架構，審視學校的政治運作歷程，是涵括了利益、權力、衝突、與決策等要素。其次，學校與家長的互動，具有巨觀與微觀、主體與客體、政治模式的詮釋關係。再其次，二者關係的發展需以合法性、合理性、創新性為原則，關注個別性與整體性、自主性與互動性、多元性等面向，並思考參與時意願與能力、擴大與整合、權力與責任等問題。最後，本研究提出平衡政治利益、塑造核心價值與共同願景、跨越組織結構與文化界線、擴增學生的能動空間、發展個人專業學習與組織創新經營的持續更新機制運用。
