Abstract:	香港教育局未有在普通學校設置中文科的資源班，以照顧有特殊教育需要學生（下稱特教學生）的學習需要。這不但造成融合班內嚴重的學習差異問題，更使特教學生未能夠有效地學習中文；同時，這亦造成了融合班中文教師的教學困境。本文屬於質性研究，筆者邀得8名融合班中文教師參與，環繞教學策略、班級經營、學校支援、教學壓力、進修訓練進行深度訪談，結果顯示受訪教師普遍因欠缺支持而承受着極大的教學壓力，並且面臨着極大的教學困境。
