    Abstract:   教師專業自主指教師在教學、學校參與、或教師組織等專業領域內,能依其專
    業知能,執行專業任務,不受外力干預,以維持專業品質的特性。教師專業自主是
    教育專業的核心,以分類而言,教師專業自主包括教師個人專業自主、教師團體專
    業自主等二個向度,以及教室層級專業自主、學校層級專業自主、教師團體層級專
    業自主等三個層級。就其內涵而言,教師專業自主指教師在專業工作上,能享有專
    業自由、參與組織決策、免於外力干預、維持專業品質等四個要項。在教育變革潮
    流中,教師專業自主不論對學校、學校教師、教師會均有相當的啟示。
