    Abstract: 本文以理論分析方式探討英美兩國百年來,科學教育理念上的變遷。從眾多案例可以顯示,英美兩園科學教育理念經歷了上百年的發展,其實許多的觀點並未真正的消失,而是重複的出現。當我們分析這些科學教育理念變遷的特色時,也發現公平、卓越及特定時空下之暫性性需求,是科學教育理念構成的主要成分。展望我國科學教育的未來,我們也應依據此三項成分來構思我國的科學教育理念。
