Abstract:	本文透過對教育行政專業倫理的重要性、教育行政專業倫理的本、教育行政專業倫理的內涵等的分析與探討，進一步研訂我國教育行政專業倫理的要件包含：（一）製定專業倫理準則的目的（二）專業倫理準則的內容（三）製定專業倫理的機構（四）專業倫理準則的規範性（五）專業倫理準則對專業的影響(六) 專業倫理準則的修正。據此，進一步初步建構我國教育行政專業倫理準則，最後，提出我國教育行政專業倫理準則的展望，包括：（一）建立共識，發揮規範作用（二）積極實踐，創造倫理情境（三）因應潮流，不斷研究創新（四）成員承諾，踐行專業倫理（五）充分配合，兼顧技術與倫理。期能透過對教育行政專業倫理的建構，以作為日後教育行政專業團體制定專業倫理準則時的參考。
