Abstract:	「國民小學校長管理能力量表」內分十種分量表：溝通能力，公共關係能力，協調能力，計畫能力，執行計畫能力，經費管理能力，硬體資源管理能力，人力資源運用能力，督導能力，工作評量能力。該量表之建立，係以台灣區三十二所國民小學二四八位教師為受試者，經過項目分析之後，各題目的鑑別度介於1.31和2.56之間，鑑別度經t考驗結果，皆達極顯著水準 (p<.001) ；量表的α係數均達 .90以上；各分量表之相關亦在.60~.76左右；顯示本量表具有良好的信度與效度。本量表可供校長自評，以及他評之用，以了解校長的管理能力。
