Abstract:	行動研究施行於教學情境中，教師本身即為行動研究者，研究者依據自己實際的教學困境作為研究主題，從中尋找專業協助，擬定行動研究計畫，再依據改善策略展開行動研究。本文作者於八十八年甫自國民教育研究所畢業，以代課折抵實習的身分進入國小教育現場，適逢臺北市政府倡導各級學校教師推展行動研究，研究者根據自己本身的教學困境一學生在學習過程中的被動依賴，學生及家長過分重視紙筆測驗成績等現象作為主題；以多元評量中的卷宗評量作為行動研究的解決策略，遂此展開行動研究。由研究結果發現，學生實行卷宗評量，增進了師生、親子及親師的互動機會，使學生及家長能再次了解到實行多元性評量的用意，走出傳統紙筆測驗的桎梏，正視分數並不能精確的詮釋能力，並藉由此次的機會開展了學生豐富的多元能力。
