Abstract:	85 學年度開始實施的數學新課程強調落實兒童本位，期使兒童能主動建構數學知識，並能解決問題之能力；透過數學課室中的社會互動，群體解題，培養兒童以數學語言溝通、討論、講道理和批判事物的精神；然實施以來之情況如何，頗值得研究和探討。為了解教師對數學新課程理念能否掌握，實施時遭遇之困難等情況，本市國小數學科輔導團員藉由所設計之問卷，針對臺市低年級數學教師調查、分析結果發現教師對新課程理念已能接納，兒童的參與和發表也已提升；惟教材掌握及熟練度、家長及安親班之不當介入等因素均衝擊著老師。值得有關單位關心，同時在加強教師專業知能提昇及同儕研究、資訊提供等方面有待大家共同努力。
