Abstract:	大高雄地區獨特的自然與人文特色，造就該地區特殊的海洋環境。本文基於生物區域觀的理念，歸納整理本地區海洋教育資源，並且從環境教育與科學教育的目的、廿一世紀議程的啟示，並提出：政府政策的配合、學術資源的協助、社教資源的利用、宣導資訊的發行、親海活動的舉辦、鄉土課程的研發、統整課程的實施、科學課程的進行、伙伴關係的建立等九項策略性建議，提供該地區相關單位海洋教育實施的參考。
