Abstract:	本文是由人們如何認識我們的世界為引予辯證科學不是許多現象的收集庫，而是由人類創造的許多觀念連繫的架構，以進入建構主義意義的科學認識觀。繼而以尊重每個人的學習過程，引發思考學習者的「先期概念」、「先備經驗」各有不同，因此不可能擁有指導者傳遞下來的相同架構的理由。本文另以建構主義在教學上的應用、創造建構者的環境呼籲建構者觀的教室，應是重視自主性、責任性、個體發展，務必使所有參與者但覺真正的平等。最後，提出欲成為建構者教師宜有之認知：不必期望完滿或瞬間收效、及質疑教學做的任何事。教師能否掌握「建構學習」的「精神」，讓學生充份地主動學習，而不流於形式上教學。教師的熱誠、教學準備、瞭解科學的目標和方法、反省、合作研究教學及能隨著時空佈置「真實的學童為中心」的教學環境，是朝往建構者觀的教學理想的重要動力。
