Abstract:	同理心是教師重要的溝通技能，具同理心的教師不但能協助學生課業，也能促進其社會情緒發展，然而僅有少數教師曾接受系統的同理心訓練。當教師能以同理心的態度與學生互動時，學生得蒙其惠，師生關係得以促進、教室互動更正向且具支持性。本文闡述同理心的意義及其教育上應用的價值，同時介紹臺北市立大學幼兒教育學系實施之同理心訓練方案，並呈現學生學習的部分成果。
