Abstract:	中小學的研究已指出教師文化在課程改革推動的關鍵性角色。2016年「幼兒園教保活動課程大綱」的頒布，象徵了幼兒園課程與教學轉型的重要時刻，若能掌握與理解幼兒園「教師文化」的樣貌，將有助於相關政策之推展。本研究之目的在探討一公立幼兒園的教師文化為何，透過質性訪談資料的蒐集，分析幼兒園之教師文化。研究結果發現幼兒園的教師文化有下列特徵：（1）盡可能維持原有教學和工作的步調；（2）各班分工，獨立工作；（3）爭取班級資源，重視班級活動。
