    Abstract: 本文從作者過去幼兒園任教之職場經驗出發,從情緒勞動概念切入,說明情緒勞動概念的發展,不同研究立場的定義和理論模式,進而回顧國內教育領域相關研究現況,由此思考進行幼教工作者情緒勞動研究的探討面向或途徑,最後提出結語。情緒勞動議題讓我們留意到職場工作情緒規則、人際互動如何直接或間接地影響員工的工作態度與行為表現。重視幼教工作者情緒勞動議題,能深入理解幼教工作者職場生態與真實工作樣貌,發現問題進而助於改善與提升教育品質。
