Abstract:	本研究旨在了解口吃者的工作適應和同事對口吃者工作的看法。共訪談6位口吃者，2位主管和4位同事，根據訪談內容分析，研究結果如下：口吃者的工作態度正向，會關注團隊成員、學習機關運作、態度認真；自認可勝任目前工作，因是團隊工作且為技術性質；工作簡單壓力小；對自己有自信，但有二位對接電話和未準備的說話有困難。主管和同事的訪談結果：大都認為輕微口吃和不需語言能力工作較不受口吃影響，主管希望口吃者接受治療。
