Abstract:	公民的數位素養對國家競爭力之影響甚鉅，因此，各國早在上世紀末，已將資訊教育視為重要教育政策。臺灣也自九年一貫教育改革的浪潮開始，將資訊科技視為高中以下學校教育中的重要議題，也凸顯了教師之數位素養的重要性。檢視藝術教育歷史，不同時代的教學科技對該時期的藝術教學均帶來相當影響。研究指出，數位環境與藝術知能的綜效，可增加藝術教學的效益。因此視覺藝術教師的數位教學信念為觀察其教學效能的重要指標之一，本文將就臺灣中小學視覺藝術教師之數位教學素養及相關信念進行初探。
