Abstract:	本研究首度運用2008 至2018 年學生修習會計學的成績與課程滿意度探索改善技職課程效能的要素，本研究發現學生事先掌握考題題型加以演練，學生成績與課程滿意度較高，故本研究所建置的實作導向數位教材，以示範考試題型實作流程取代助教功能為目標。此外，本研究發現同系學生集中共同學習，學生成績與課程滿意度均較高，研究結果支持同儕教導，最後，本研究發現2019 年集中同系學生觀看本研究建置的會計數位教材取代助教後，學生成績顯著提高，課程滿意度顯著高於以往具備助教實習的八個年度，研究結果支持解題數位教材能培養學生掌握會計解題的要領，提升學習效能，在當今新冠肺炎肆虐，本研究證實數位教材能輔助會計教育的研究結果可做為線上教育的參考。
