Abstract:	不貳過是顏淵謹守的道德修養功夫，這種德性往往被讚美。但是孔子自己也說「吾未見能見其過而內自訟者也。」顏淵是否落實不貳過，其實令人質疑。而且如果換個角度來看，當今社會有諸多複雜的問題，侵蝕不貳過的正當性。諸如面對兩難問題時，謹守不貳過，可能導致為了改一個過而犯下另一個過錯。當今追求不貳過，往往是他律的手段。不貳過的鼓吹，有利於權力擁有者價值觀上的滿足感。鼓吹不貳過，恐有利於文化的複製而不利於創新。追求不貳過的人，對於易犯錯者可能欠缺同理心。落實不貳過的人可能勇於改過，但是也有可能是為了外在目的而改過。不貳過隱藏這麼多大而複雜的問題，則不貳過還是個值得追求的道德修養功夫嗎？
