Abstract:	本研究目的旨在了解臺北市立大學教育學系大學部學生的生涯適應力，主要內容為該系學生對於生涯發展的關心及重視程度、對於個人生涯決定之確認和掌控程度、個人願意嘗試生涯探索之程度以及個人面對生涯挑戰能夠克服阻礙的信心程度。研究工具為「大學生生涯適應力量表（CSCAI）」（College Student Career Adaptability Inventory），研究對象包括臺北市立大學教育學系大學部一至四年級學生（大一學生共 62 人；大二學生共 56 人；大三學生 60 共人；大四學生共 60 人），結果發現：（1）臺北市立大學教育學系全體學生之生涯適應力大致是尚可與良好狀態；（2）臺北市立大學教育學系一、二年級學生之生涯控制表現較為不佳，應適時給予職涯輔導；（3）臺北市立大學教育學系四年級學生之生涯好奇雖為尚可，但與其他向度比較之下，卻較為低落，應持續給予生涯探索及訓練
