Abstract:	「課程學者」一詞在近年課程改革中開始受到重視與討論，但其內涵的詮釋及有關課程職責的推動，相關討論仍相當不足，因此本研究特透過歷史視角，對課程學者職責的相關問題進行探討。研究結果發現，課程學者的形成、組成成員學術背景及職責，和特定社會脈絡與需求的影響有關。面對新的時代，課程學者也面臨五個面向的挑戰，包括要採技術、理解或解放取向輔導學校課程、應成為博學者或特定領域的專精者、課程學者要如何與學科專家進行協作、要向全球轉或在地轉，及後再概念化時期面臨的歷史負擔。最後，本研究再根據上述挑戰提出可能的化解之道。
