Abstract:	本研究以質性研究觀點切入，採用個案研究，透過兩組國小雙重特殊需求學生核心個案訪談普通班導師; 資源班教師及資優班教師，採取半結構式深度訪談方式，希望從研究參與者之觀點了解及探討其輔導雙重特殊需求學生的合作模式，本研究獲致下列幾項結論：一; 國小教師團隊輔導雙重特殊需求學生的合作歷程，依序為：(1)課程的安排與調整透過正式的 IEP 及 IGP 會議決定；(2)問題行為處理由資源班或資優班個管老師做及時處理，之後再安排進一步的輔導與研商；(3)發揮學生潛能以資優班老師為主導；(4) 團隊運作方式除了正式會議，另外還有不定期的個案會議; 當面晤談及電話聯繫等型式。二; 國小教師團隊輔導雙重特殊需求學生的合作模式類似於支持性資源方案模式和資源教師模式。根據上述結果，研究者分別就教師; 未來研究等方面提出建議。
