    Abstract: 配戴「合適」且「正常運作」的聽覺輔具，乃是聽覺障礙學生穩定學習口語溝通的 要件。然而，聽力可能會波動，聽覺輔具也可能發生故障，而這類非預期的情況，往往 發生在常規聽力檢查之外的日常生活中。故本文結合文獻與實務觀點，彙整日常聽力監 控的必要性與策略，期能提供親師對於察覺聽障學童聽力波動敏感度的參考，以及早進 行後續介入。
