Abstract:	特殊教育與醫療關係密切，不過障礙並非疾病，且身心障礙學生之多數障礙情況亦非醫療所能醫治，其所需要的是特殊教育之介入。本文論述特殊教育與醫療專業之間的分合關係。說明那些障礙類別或情況需醫療或醫事人員之介入，那些屬於特殊教育之介入範圍，那些需雙方之專業整合。特殊教育與醫療，各自皆有其專業領域與限制，過度醫療化或教育化皆不恰當。
