Abstract:	本文將成人與高等教育學生的學習理論、動機與特性進行深入探討，並發現成人教育經常使用的教學方法，如：合作學習、問題導向式學習，近幾年亦逐漸在我國高等教育之通識課程受到重視。這是因為通識教育以「全人教育」為目標，期望培育學生具備溝通、合作與批判分析能力等，透過上述的建構式教學法，能較有效達到其教學目標，並提昇學生整體的就業競爭力。本文認為，即使教育部以及各大專院校近幾年已在通識教育的教學品質改善上頗有成效，但仍需強化通識專業教師在教學法上的在職訓練，透過論壇、教學分享會等方式，來維持我國高等教育整體的教學品質，並使我國大專院校學生更具有競爭力。
