Abstract:	本文以 2018 年公司法修正過程為主要觀察，檢視立法院蘇嘉全院長所提的召集委員落實「委員會中心主義」論點。根據召集委員高志鵬個人角色、委員會審查、黨團協商、二讀及三讀的制度面分析，本文發現，高志鵬雖有積極的立法表現，但委員會的多數條文處理依據行政院版本通過；暫行保留也很多，無法進行實質決定。黨團協商階段，其有取代委員會的實質審查功能。整體而言，2018 年公司法修正案中，召集委員較無法落實「委員會中心主義」，因此蘇嘉全的前述倡議仍有相當大的努力空間。
