Abstract:	正向的人際互動對國小學童而言，具有相當的重要性。研究者以團體輔導四階段的理論作為團體輔導方案的架構，設計「桌遊媒材融入團體輔導」的方案，並實施於國小高年級學童，期待從中促進學童的人際互動能力。在實施的歷程中，研究者發現學童能因桌上遊戲的趣味性、高互動性，提升參與團體的動機，並於過程中學習溝通與表達，培養互助合作的能力，促進正向人際互動的技巧。在帶領後，研究者進行省思，期盼自己未來在將桌遊媒材融入於團體輔導方案的設計及帶領上，能更以團體參與者的特性與需求作為主要考量，並在過程中保持反思與適時調整，促進學童的成長與收穫。同時，也將此經驗提供給未來想進行相關規劃的教師進行參考。
