教育改革已成為當前政府重要施政項目之一。本文為探究解嚴以後之教育改革
運動，首先從就政治體制、社會結構和校園民主分析其背景因素；其次說明教育改
革發展之三階段--萌芽期、成長期和熱絡期；接著剖析民間教育改革訴求與政府回
應；最後提出解嚴以後教育改革運動對於教育發展之正面和負面的影響。
英文摘要
Educational reform is one of important agendas in Taiwan. Firstly,
this article examines the background of the educational reform movement
after Martial Law lifted (1987) in Taiwan. Then, it analyzes the development
of three stages in the educational reformmovement. Next, it discusses
the appeals of the educational reform from the people and the reflections
from the government. Finally, it describes the positive and negative
influenees of educational reform movement. |
