    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討教學輔導教師所實施的教學觀察與回饋對國小初任教師教學效能的影響。本研究之主要研究結果如下:
    一、初任教師教學效能趨向正向改變
    二、教學觀察與回饋的實施,有助於初任教師教學效能的增進
    三、半結構式訪談結果亦支持教學觀察與回饋的成效
    最後,根據研究結果,提出相關建議,俾供初任教師輔導制度推動之參考。
