Abstract:	師資培育多元化後，促使師資根本性結構改變，然而改革並不預示保障會更好，而是合理的機會更佳，師資培育的制度亦是如此，本文旨在探討師資制度賦予定位後，其中呼應品質與績效性的─國民小學師資培育課程的內涵與關鍵性因素，顯係首務，故其是否調整，以及如何調整，均須充分釐清其專業脈絡。因此，賦予師資培育機構目標與功能性的規範，規劃符應特色的教育專業課程，落實教育實習的內涵，俾促進國民小學師資專業的實踐。
