Abstract:	近年來，我國有許多縣市政府實施校務評鑑，而其中評鑑委員扮演重要關鑑角色，但是國內並沒有針對評鑑委員應具有的評鑑專業知能加以明訂，因此在實施過程中出現一些問題。本研究嘗試以文獻分析法初步建構評鑑委員的評鑑專業知能指標，提供各縣市政府實施校務評鑑之參考。經由上述的研究程序，本研究獲致以下結論：(一)國民小學校務評鑑委員評鑑專業知識共有五向度及二十項指標；(二)國民小學校務評鑑委員評鑑專業技能共有四向度及十五項指標。根據研究結論提出建議，以提供主管教育行政機關、評鑑委員、國民小學及後續研究者參考。
