Abstract:	作者首先釐清任務宣言與願景的關係，然後分別探討學校任務宣言的角色與意涵，並分析國外學校任務宣言的案例，進而檢視國外學校任務宣言的實施問題，以及對於落實學校任務宣言的展望，希望這些討論能提供參考，協助國內學校在落實學校願景的過程，有更明確的努力方向。
