Abstract:	本文旨在透過介紹管制圖的原理及基本概念，探討其如何應用於教師工作量的控管。經由相關文獻分析，首先介紹管制圖的概念、製作過程及功效，並論及判讀異常方法，其次敘述教師工作內容、工作時數現況及控管的趨勢，最後以臺北市各國小規模兼職組長教師為例，提出管制圖如何應用於教師工作量控管，以供教育行政機關及學校相關工作者維持及改善教育品質之參考。
