Abstract:	本文首先探討校長評鑑的意義與目的、規準、實施程序等有關理論，其次再據以建構一個適合我國國民中小學使用的校長評鑑系統。此一系統的目的係以提升校長專業職能為主，而以決定校長人事上的獎懲為輔。評鑑的規準包括校長在政策執行、教學領導、行政管理、言行操守與人際關係、專業素養等五方面的表現。評鑑的實施程序則計有評鑑規劃、形成性評鑑、總結性評鑑等三個階段。
