| Abstract: | 臺灣近年來的課程改革內涵不斷反映出「鬆綁」、「增權賦能」、「學校
自主」的精神趨向，而引領與推動整個課程改革往前邁進與落實的關鍵要素－
課程行政，亦從中央集體管制的局面，逐漸推演發展成強調學校自主管理與績
效責任的學校中心行政模式。本文從國民教育現場實務工作者的立場觀點，對
目前臺灣中小學學校課程行政的主要意涵進行論述，並依人員因素、任務因
素、情境因素等層面來對其施行現況加以分述解說，以供當前中小學進行課程
行政慎思與實踐的參考。 |
