Abstract:	本文整理影響國中生生涯抉擇的因素，結果發現，國中生以能力（成績）、興趣、家人、師長的期望以及環境條件等因素做為生涯選擇的考量。可見，國中生的生涯輔導，並不能將重要他人及環境的因素拋除在外，需要思考如何協助國中生將重要他人及環境的因素轉為助力。但由研究結果亦可知，自我探索與抉擇能力是國中生自覺最需要之生涯輔導內涵，且此亦為學生在這瞬息萬變的世界中，最終生涯抉擇之所依。故本文進一步探討促進學生生涯發展的輔導策略內涵。
