Abstract:	本文旨在探討英國幼兒教師教學能力的內涵及其培育模式，作為我國幼兒教師教學能力培育政策與具體措施制定之參考。2011 英國幼兒教師教學能力涵蓋六個課程領域，根據國家制定的幼兒課程標準，幫助幼兒達到能力指標，配對產生幼兒教師應有的教學能力計30 個，其培育是根據輸入、過程、輸出的模式進行分析。高品質的幼兒師資培育之關鍵，在於國家修訂更合時宜的政策與措施，以確保幼兒教師教學能力培育的品質。本文提出教育應用、後續研究、政策制定參考等三大建議，作為啟示以代結論。
