    Abstract: 本文旨在說明核心反應訓練(Pivotal Response Treatment,簡稱PRT)的源起、演進及定義,並說明本訓練之三個主要介入的目標及四個基本要素,包括:介入情境;介入量、介入者、與目標行為。此外,核心反應訓練強調以四個核心行為去帶動其他領域行為的改變,此四個核心行為包括:「動機」、「對多重線索的反應」、「自我主動」、及「自我管理」。其教學方法及流程逐一於本文中敘述、說明。最後,本文歸納了核心反應訓練的八個教學策略及優點,供務實工作者參考。
