Abstract:	本研究的目的在探討國小自然科教師對「生物多樣性」的認知及意見。實證研究採取調查研究法，以隨機取構方式，蒐集臺北縣地區國小自然科教師的問卷資料，利用自編之「生物多樣性」問卷，探討國小自然科教師的基本背景資料、「生物多樣性」內容與意見調查、進修意願分析侑對進修方式之意見。研究結果顯示，「生物多樣性」此一概念在國小自然科教師心中有不同的認知程度，。此外，「生物多樣性」的降低與人為的破壞具有高度的關連性。絕大多數的國小個然科教師支持對「生物多樣性」知能的進修，進修徵式希望以專題演講、戶外踏查和專業課程為主。藉由本研究所提出的結論與建議，除了可作為將來「生物多樣性」課程建構之初步基礎外，亦可對有興趣從事是項概念教學之教師的參考。
