Abstract:	一、研究問題：實習老師在教育實習中學到那些潛在課程？二、研究方法：人種誌研究法一包括參與觀察、晤談與文件分析（一）前段：專五下學期一班所有教育實習活動（77學年下）（二）後段：追蹤兩個案結業實習第一學期經驗（78學年上）三、研究發現：實習老師在教育實習中學到以下潛在課程（一）再製論的學習經驗理論無用、理想浮泛。老師應該依順權威、服從為尚。管理導向、秩序為尚。教學就是依指引、傳知識。行動一致、同事和諧。（二）反抗論的學習經驗形式主義：抄教案、溜班、翹班、私下調課、咒罵校長、消遺校長。退縮者：完全借用他人教具．意圖敷衍上課．意圖請調他校。創新者：注音符號普測放水事件．建議國語文選手培訓計畫。反叛者：爭取公平研習的機會。四、建議：（一）培養師範生批判反省力，防上過度現實主義（二）觸發師教工作者的自覺，樹立身教典範（三）建立尊重老師的國小教育環境，由守法守分到自尊自重（四）師校實習課程兼顧理論，理論課程兼及實務（五）幫助師範生理解潛在課程，發揮正向影響杜絕負向影響
