Abstract:	研究者從現實困境出發，於2015至2016年透過一門通識課程，運用社會劇概念與程序，試圖發展不以傳授知識為主體，而以培養關懷、同理、尊重等公民核心能力為主軸的課程方案。課程發展過程以行動研究法，從文獻探討、七篇教學筆記及八十份學生作業中，不斷進行反思與修正，最終發展出小而美的可行教學方案，文末並針對此方案提出結論與建議，冀望提供致力於培養公民核心能力之大學教師參考。
