    Abstract: 本研究採用義理式校勘法之研究方法，研究目的是要探討《墨子》一書中〈大取〉 篇不可讀的原因及文章結構，探討其義理以重建〈大取〉篇。研究結果了解到〈大取〉 篇不可讀的原因來自於斷簡，其文章結構應是先總論再分說的型式，可分為立辭的總 論、立辭的宗旨、兼愛的次概念（內涵概念與外延概念）之建立等三部分
