    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討運用核心反應訓練(Pivotal Response Training, PRT)藉以增進具有非 慣例性口語行為之發展遲緩幼兒溝通能力之成效。研究設計使用單一受試實驗法之撤回 設計,每週進行一至兩次教學,每次約六十分鐘,為期十週。研究資料採目視分析; 觀 察者間一致性與程序信度檢驗介入成效,並進行社會效度,以了解該介入是否符合個案 需求。研究結果顯示 PRT 介入後,個案的溝通能力及與他人的互動皆有所提升,非慣例 性口語溝通所產生的攻擊行為也有所下降。
