Abstract:	本研究旨在探討國民中學校長真誠領導之理念、具體作為與影響。本研究採取個案研究法，對個案學校校長、教師及家長進行訪談，輔以觀察記錄、檔案分析及省思札記以蒐集相關資料。研究結果如下：一、校長秉持開放熱情、正向態度與道德標準之理念。二、校長真誠領導展現正向多元之具體作為。三、校長真誠領導對學校氣氛、學生學習與整體校譽產生正向評價。最後，根據研究結果提出具體建議供參考。
