Abstract:	校務評鑑是教育評鑑的一環，目的在提升教育品質。自 2007 年起臺北市政府教育局開始實施國民小學校務評鑑，陸續有許多縣市推展相關計畫，對於了解學校運作績效，提升教育品質，提出校務評鑑報告，給予學校發展的建議。本研究以內容分析法進行，首先了解校務評鑑的意涵，以學習型組織觀點分析學校發展的影響因素，分析校務評鑑報告促進組織學習的運用，以組織階段學習理論進行體驗、省思、運用與分享等。接著探討學習型組織歷程與整合，並了解促進組織學習的模式。本研究分析歸納校務評鑑報告的運用，以激發學習型組織發展，善用校務評鑑報告的體驗分享過程，省思校務評鑑報告的價值，共享校務評鑑報告的意義，營造團隊學習與共同願景，實踐校務評鑑報告的行動，校長校務評鑑計畫研擬時擴大成員參與，最後撰寫校務評鑑報告時強調應用性價值。
