Abstract:	本文首先略述效能感的機制與訊息來源，其次，說明教師效能感的型態、功能及在目標設定歷程上的影響；然後提出強化教師效能感的策略，包括：適當歸因正向經驗與學生成就表現、增進專業技巧與學科知能、激發「智力增長」信念與修正「班級成功」定義、建立合作的學校文化、增加教師的參與和作決定、減少外來改變或教育改革的負作用及改善督導行為、參與教師團體和經驗分享等。
