Abstract:	國小校長素質之良窳，攸關學校整體發展與國小教育成敗，而健全的校長儲訓制度則為提升國小校長素質的重要途徑。本文深入分析我國國小校長儲訓制度的困境與因應策略，首先探討我國國民小學校長在社會變遷中的角色定位，其次則分析我國國民小學校長儲訓制度之困境，再其次則申述其因應之道，期能強化國小校長儲訓制度之功能，並在新世紀中，為我國的國小教育開創出嶄新的願景。
