Abstract:	都會學校所在地區人口複雜密度高，組織機構眾多，政治、經濟與文化活動多樣而熱絡，這些都市特性固然帶給都會學校挑戰，然而，基於地緣關係，若都會學校能與市區的機構或團體形成多元夥伴關係，將可有效提昇其效能。本文之目的乃在探討學校與社區建立多元夥伴關係之途徑、潛在困難及因應之道，並根據過去之研究案例，具體說明形成夥伴關係之相關作法、成效及建議。
